Terms and Conditions for
Weddings and Receptions
Reservations
Reservations must be made by a coordinator: Payment
Payment may be made VISA, MasterCard, or Discover. Credit cards can be accepted over the phone. Reservations and deposits must be PAID IN FULL at at the time the reservation is made.Security Deposit
A security deposit of $500.00 per building is required. Security deposits are collected at the time the reservation is made collected by Credit Card. Cancellation
Cancellations made 30 or more days before confirmed reservation date will receive full refund/credit less $50.00 service charge for processing.
Cancellations made less than 30 days before confirmed reservation date will be charged as follows:20 - 29 days in advance: 50% of the total cost less cost of food and beverages
10 - 19 days in advance: 25% of the total cost less cost of food and beverages
There will be no refund for cancellations less than 10 days
Deposit on reservations of 1 Week or more are not refundable if cancellation is made less than 30 days in advance of reservation. Pets
Pets are not allowed in any of our properties.Moving or re-arranging furniture
We have taken great care in restoring the Ash Flat building and the antique furinshings. Do not move or re-arrange our furniture In order to prevent damage to the Moore House or the furnishings. Antique Furnishings
In most cases the finish on the antiques is not water resistent and setting glasses or cans on them will leave water rings that cannot be removed. USE THE PROVIDED COASTERS
Food and refreshments are not permitted in the great room. Snacks may be consumed in the guest rooms during overnight stays only.
Parking
Park only in the designated parking area. Do not block neighbors driveways.Smoking and Alcoholic Beverages
Smoking and alcoholic beverages are prohibited.Reasons for forfeiture of the Security Deposit are listed below
Any abuse, damage or theft. Any indication that a guest has been smoking indoors. Any indication that a pet was on the property.Any need for housekeeping beyond what would be considered "normal". Presence of water rings on the antique furniture in the Ash Flat building quest rooms.Decore brought into the buildings.
Attaching anything to the walls is prohibited. We will not be responsible for missing or dammaged items provided by the wedding party or wedding planner.Fireworks including sparklers are prohibited

- Use of building the day before wedding for rehersal.
- Use of the Great Room, and two guest rooms for rehersal and during the wedding. Overnight use of the guest rooms are an additional $75 per night per guest room.
